Most product pages tell you how something will make you feel. We wanted pages that tell you what the product is, so that is how we write them.

Where we know it, the product page names the material, the construction and the sizes it comes in. We name each of those as they are listed to us, and where a detail is not given, the page leaves it out rather than guessing.

What you will find is a catalogue of clothing, shoes and bags for women, described the same way on every product page. If something is unclear, email us and we will tell you what we know about that particular item.

Our mission is a product page you can read without reading between the lines. You will not find a countdown, a stock warning, or a claim we cannot back up.

The store is built around everyday pieces rather than occasion pieces. Each page is written from the same facts, in the same order, so one item is easy to compare with the next.

That also means fixing what we get wrong. If a listing seems to name the wrong material, tell us and we will check and update the page. Our customer service is available Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 UK time, and replies within 24 hours on business days.

We picture a collection that is chosen rather than accumulated. A few pieces that fit the way you really live.

Pieces should follow your day instead of setting it. Something you can put on in the morning and still be wearing in the evening.

Over the coming years we want Rose Vive to be the store you come back to, because the page told you plainly what you were buying the first time. Plain pages, names for what things are made of where we have them, and women's fashion for the way you live your week.
